This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Tahasildar, Khorda-opposite party no.3 to upload the R.O.R. in respect of Mutation Khata No.170 of MouzaKundilo in the district of Khorda in the Bhulekh Portal of the Government of Odisha,
Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid R.O.R. has already been uploaded in the Bhulekh Portal of the Government of Odisha. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
