This writ petition has been filed seeking refund of Additional Performance Security (APS) provided by the Petitioner for execution of work, namely, KANDRA MIP in Joda in the district of Keonjhar.
A decision shall be taken by the Opposite Parties as to whether the Petitioner is entitled to refund of the APS as prayed for by a reasoned order on the basis of the averments made in the writ petition not later than 5th April, 2021. The said decision shall be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 12th April, 2021. If aggrieved by said decision, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of with the above terms.
An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
