The petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the opposite parties to record Khata No.771, Plot No.1932 to an extent of H0.06R out of H-1.50R in Mouza-Baliguda in the district of Kandhamal and issue R.O.R. in respect of the said plot.
