Heard Mr.Kalpataru Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Petitioners in this writ petition prays for a direction to Tahasildar, Garadapur (OP No.2) to implement the order dated 19.09.2009 passed by Sub-Collector, Kendrapara (OP No.1) in OLR Appeal No.41 of 2002.
In course of hearing, Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to move opposite party No.2Tahasildar, Garadapur in that regard.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is open for the petitioner to move opposite party No.2-Tahasildar, Garadapur, if so advised.
