In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of this writ application as the Petitioner would be pursuing the remedy as provided in law as against the Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 6 who for no reason/ justification are creating disturbance in the peaceful possession of the land in question by the Petitioner. Permission is granted.
