Nanda Kishore Tandi Vs State of Odisha

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner while addressing the Court confined his prayer to prayer no.2 of the writ petition, by which the petitioner seeks direction to opposite party no.1 to consider and dispose of his representation under Annexure-6 for promotion to the post of OAS Group-A (Junior Branch) keeping in view his required qualification/eligibilities along with his status under reserve category in both schedule cast and PWD within a stipulated time, to which learned Government Advocate has raised no objection.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
