In this application, it is stated that due to COVID-19 pandemic, the time schedules indicated in the order dated 20^th April, 2021 could not be adhered to. Further, a correction is sought to the date of the order passed in Suo Motu Revision Case No.559 (A) of 1983 that date has been wrongly reflected as 4^th September, 1984 whereas it should be as 26^th May, 1984. He also claims that the Suo Motu Revision Case number wrongly reflected as ‘559 of 1983’ be corrected as ‘559 (A) of 1983.’

Considering the submission made, the date wrongly reflected in para 9 of the order dated 20^th April, 2021 as ‘4^th September, 1984’ be read as ‘26^th May, 1984.’ Similarly, the Suo Motu Revision Case number wrongly reflected as ‘559 of 1983’ be read as ‘559 (A) of 1983.’ The Court further directs that the date on which the revision case would be listed before the ADM, Cuttack for direction will now be 13^th September, 2021 and the date by which a fresh reasoned order will be passed is altered from 6^th September, 2021 to 6^th December, 2021. A copy of such order will be made available to the parties not later than 13^th December, 2021. Till then, the status quo in respect of the property in question shall be maintained.

The rest part of the order dated 20^th April, 2021 is not interfered with.

The application is disposed of.
