It appears that on 7.1.2021, 22.1.2021 and 3.2.2021 no one had joined through V.C. for the petitioners. On 10.02.2021 also no one appeared through V.C. and hence, the matter was directed to be listed for today under the heading “Dismissal for NonProsecution”. In spite of the aforesaid orders, today also no one joins on behalf of the petitioners when the matter was called.
In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.
Hence, this petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the opposite party concerned immediately.
