- 25.02.2021 A memo dated 25.02.2021 has been filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner in Court today stating therein that since the impugned Notices have lost its force with efflux of time and considering the fact that both the Petitioner and Opposite PartyCMC being instrumentalities of the State discharging interdependent public utility functions and are interested for amicable settlement of the dispute, the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach this Court, if fresh cause of action arises. The memo be kept on record.
In view of the said memo, the writ petition is dismissed as being withdrawn with the liberty as sought for.
Interim order dated 28.02.2007 passed by this Court in M.C. No.2207 of 2007 stands vacated.
This order be communicated to the concerned opposite party forthwith.
