The petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order dated 03.11.2015 (Annexure-5) passed by the Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Balaosre in R.P.No.482 of 2014.
Although the impugned order was passed in the year 2015, this writ petition has been filed on 12.02.2021 without explaining the inordinate delay in filing this writ petition. Further, it appears that the petitioner had contested the revision petition and preferred to remain silent for about six years, without any justifiable reason.
In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
The petitioner, if so advised, may work out his remedy available under law.
