Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of re-fixation of the scale of pay of the petitioner vide letter dated 01.12.2009 under Annexure-7, order dated 24.06.2010 under Annexure-8 and office order dated 22.07.2011 under Annexure-9 of the writ petition.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representations to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-10 series and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-6, the office order dated 16.11.2009.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representations filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-10 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexure-6 within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
