The matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.2 to take necessary steps for removal of all unauthorized and illegal encroachment of both road side main RD road running from Barikpur to Chudakuti situated over khata no.63, 65 and plot no.190,191,218,166,167,170,174,179 of mouzaBaghamara, Tahasil-Bhandaripokhari, kisam-Gochar, Gramya Jangal, Sarbasadharan Jogya made by the antisocial persons/encroachers within a stipulated time.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-2 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioners, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-2 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/certified copy this order.
