2. There is no complete effort in filing the writ petition. Relief sought for has no co-relation to the pleadings as there is no proper facts in the pleadings, consequently the writ petition is unable to be disposed of. When the Tribunal said the petitioner will be entitled for the notional benefit till the date of their actual joining, the writ petition does not appear the date of actual joining of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also unable to tell the date even. The writ petition being filed without making proper endeavour is not sustainable in the eye of law.
5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19
situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
