Heard Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ray, learned counsel appearing for the Employees State Insurance Corporation.
At the outset, Mr. Ray submits that this matter should not be entertained by this Court as an alternative judicial remedy is available to the petitioner U/s.75 of Employees State Insurance Corporation Act, 1948 vis-à-vis the impugned orders.
In such background, Mr. Mishra seeks to withdraw the petition as he wants to approach the Employees Insurance Court i.e. the Court of learned District Judge, Bhubaneswar.
Considering such submissions, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
