1. These matters are taken up for involvement of common
accident. Both the injured persons were working as Coolies in the particular truck. These Appeals involve only quantum aspect on the allegation of fraud.
2. Vetting the materials available on record, this Court finds,
there is minor grant of compensation at Rs.58,566/- in W.C.Case
No.1357D/99 and Rs.56,155/- in W.C. Case No.1358D/99. For

smaller compensation involved, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned award. Deposit, if any, be released in favour of the Claimants involving both the Appeals with interest accrued within fifteen days of receipt of copy of this order.
