C.R.P. No.51 of 2008
Since on earlier occasions, i.e. on 20.01.2021, 27.01.2021 and 04.02.2021 no one had joined on behalf of the petitioner through V.C., this Court directed to list this matter today under the caption “Dismissal for NonProsecution”, so that the petitioner or her counsel can take proper notice of the same. But, today also, when this matter is called, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
From the aforesaid, this Court feels that the petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and not interested to pursue the present litigation.
Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
Interim order dated 22.01.2009 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.91 of 2008 stands vacated.
This order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
