O R D E R
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the ABLAPL petition, the name of the P.S. has been wrongly typed as “Baripada” instead of “Rairangpur Rural”, so also the name of the court as “Sessions Judge Mayurbhanj” instead of “Addl. Sessions Judge, Rairangpur” and as such, the same may be permitted to be corrected in the petition in Court today and consequently, the same may be reflected in the order dated 22.02.2021 accordingly.
Considering the averments made in this I.A.
and also the submission advanced, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the same in Court today and it is directed that the name of the P.S. as well as the court below shall be read as

‘Rairangpur Rural’ instead of ‘Baripada Town’ and “Addl. Sessions Judge, Rairangpur” instead of “Sessions Judge, Mayurbhanj, Baripada” respectively in the order dated 22.2.2021.
Rest part of the order dated 22.02.2021 remains unaltered.
The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
