This is an application under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 08.11.2021 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Chandikhole in C.T. No. 16/2019 rejecting the application of the petitioners under Section 227 Cr.P.C. to discharge them from the charges to be framed against them.
Mr. Samarendra Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this Criminal Revision and prays for liberty to raise all grounds during the trial.
The Criminal Revision is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn granting the aforesaid liberty.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
