Mr. T.P.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant does not want to press this CRLA, and as such, the same may kindly be permitted to be withdrawn. To that effect, a memo has been filed in Court today. The memo be kept on record.
This appeal has been preferred by the appellant, namely, Sanjay Rana under Section 18 (2) of SC & ST (POA) Act against the judgment and order dated 07.11.2019 passed by the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Presiding Officer Children’s Court, Mayurbhanj in C.T. Case No.114 of 2019 corresponding to Karanjia P.S. Case No.120 of 2019 for commission of offence under Sections 363/376 (3) of I.P.C. read with Section 6 of POCSO Act and Section 3 (2) (VI) of S.C. and S.T. (POA) Act.
In view of the submission made and memo filed, the CRLA is disposed of, as withdrawn.
