In this application, the order dated 18.03.2021 passed in Special G.R. Case No. 15 of 2019 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Padampur rejecting the application of the petitioners for discharge for commission of offences punishable under Sections 120-B/ 450/ 307/ 302 read with Section 34 of IPC.
Mr. Tikeram Meher, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw this Criminal Revision and liberty may be granted to raise all grounds during the trial.
The Criminal Revision is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
Liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all grounds during the
trial which shall be considered in accordance with law.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
