This is an application under Section 102 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 for grant of bail to the petitionerCCL in connection with Khuntuni P.S. Case No.132 of 2020 corresponding to J.J.C. Case No. 34 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned ADJ-cumSpecial Court under POCSO Act, Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 457/395 of IPC read with Section 25/27 of Arms Act.
A memo has been filed by Mr. P.K. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the CRLREV. The same be kept on record.
