The petitioners have filed this Criminal Revision challenging the order dated 15.11.2007 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Hindol in G.R. Case No. 290 of 2007 arising out of Rasol P.S. Case No. 92 of 2007 in which the case under Sections 342/323/34 IPC has turned to a case under Sections 376/342/34 IPC.
Mr. P.R. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that this case has been rendered infructuous as in the meanwhile charge sheet has been filed and cognizance has been taken. Hence he wants to withdraw this Criminal Revision and challenge the cognizance order. He files a memo to that effect in Court today. The same be kept on record.
This Criminal Revision is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
