On instruction, Ms. Mishra submits that Miscellaneous Petition bearing No.01 of 2021 pending before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Balasore-cum-Chairman of the Committee constituted under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2019 has already been disposed of on 01.03.2021. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this case.
Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of as infructuous.
