Ms. Mishra submits that when alternative judicial remedy is available under Rule 2A of Order 39 of the C.P.C., 1908, the petitioner should not have rushed to this Court and should have approached the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievances.
In such background, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the petition as he wants to approach the appropriate forum.
