JUSTICE BISWAJIT MOHANTY ORDER 26.07.2021 This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Heard Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. Mr. Pattnaik submits that since the F.I.R. has already been registered in the meantime, he does not want to proceed with the matter, as such he wants to withdraw the petition.
Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is dismissed as withdrawn.
