This matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard Mr. K. Behera, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S.S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 19.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13843 of 2019 has not yet been complied with.
Mr. P.K Muduli, learned Addl. Government Advocate states that no time limit has been fixed in the above order for compliance and the copy of this contempt petition has also not been served on him, thereby, there is no occasion on his part to get instruction.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that no time limit has been fixed by this Court.
In view of the above, this Court disposes of this contempt petition directing the opposite party no.3 – Collector, Kendrapara to comply the order dated 19.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13843 of 2019, if not complied with in the meantime, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified/authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.
Contempt proceeding is disposed of accordingly.
