This matter is taken up through video conferencing. 2 . Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. This contempt petition involves non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 24.08.2020 passed in CONTC No.2306 OF 2020 arising out of W.P.(C) No.2700 of 2020 , disposed of on 28.01.2020. This is in 2nd round of contempt. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no pendency of further litigation involving the order involved herein, yet the contemnor(s) are sitting over the matter and thus there is deliberate non-compliance of order of this Court.

Considering the submissions made, taking into account the Covid-19 situation and to afford one more chance to the contemnor(s), this Contempt Petition stands disposed of directing the contemnor(s) to comply with the order of this Court dated 24.08.2020 passed in CONTC No.2306 OF 2020 arising out of W.P.(C) No.2700 of 2020 , disposed of on 28.01.2020, if not complied with in the meantime, within a period of fifteen days provided however the order involved herein is not stayed by the

higher forum, with communication of the same to the Registry within one week further. Failure of intimation, the Registry after expiry of one more week shall initiate a suo motu contempt proceeding against the opposite party-contemnors. 5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25^th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No. 4798 dated 15^th April, 2021.
