This matter is taken up through video conferencing. 2 . Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. This contempt petition involves non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 13.10.2020 passed in CONTC No.3753 OF 2020 arising out of W.P.(C) No.25343 of 2019, disposed of on 12.12.2019. This is in 2nd round of contempt. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no pendency of further litigation involving the order involved herein, yet the contemnor(s) are sitting over the matter and thus there is deliberate non-compliance of order of this Court.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
