This CMP has been filed with a prayer to set aside order dated 7^th March, 2020 passed by learned District Judge, Sonepur in Civil Revision No.01 of 2017 and accordingly to set aside the summons issued in the said Revision pending before him.

On perusal of record, it appears that no such order dated 7^th March, 2020 has been annexed. However, the Petitioners annexed a copy of the show cause notice, which was issued on 7^th March, 2020 as at Annexure-5.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sundaray, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that interest of justice will be best served if the Revision Petition is disposed of at an early date.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, disposes of the CMP with a direction that in the event the Petitioners enter appearance in the Civil Revision No.01 of 2017 stated to be pending before

learned District Judge, Sonepur and file an application for early disposal of the same, learned Court seisin of the matter shall do well to consider the same and fix a date preferably within a period of two months there from for disposal of the Civil Revision and shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Revision by that date giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798 dated 15^th April, 2021.
