Petitioner, in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 16^th March, 2020 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Aul in CMA No.41 of 2019 (arising out of IA No.33 of 2015 and CS No.28 of 2015) filed under Section 151 of CPC.

In course of hearing, Mr. Satpathy, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the CMP to avail statutory remedy under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The CMP is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. It is open for the Petitioner to avail the statutory remedy under law. 5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798 dated 15^th April, 2021.
