2. Heard Mr. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3. On his own submission of Sri Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, the application for permission for thatching the house involved herein is pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kendrapara. There is already appearance of the parties and it is submitted that there is no difficult for undertaking hearing exercise involving the Civil Suit. Sri Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case is already posted to 15.07.2021 for hearing the petition involved herein.
4 . Keeping this in view and keeping urgency involving the application, this Court directs the trial court to undertake the hearing exercise of this application by disposing the same on the next date of posting of the case or in the worst at least within a period of ten days from the next date.
6. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties
may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
