This matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard Mr. N. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction for speedy disposal of Civil Suit No. 141/2013 pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandikhol.
Having heard learned counsel parties and considering the limited nature of grievance made by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case disposes of this petition directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandikhol to dispose of the Civil Suit No. 141 of 2013 within a period of six months from today, if there is no other impediment.
As the restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020.
