The matter is taken up through video conference mode.
This is the second journey of the petitioner who is in custody connection with Bolagarh P.S. Case No.113 of 2015 corresponding to S.T. Case No.36 of 2016 on the file of learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Khurda for alleged commission of offence under section 302/201/120-B/34 of the IPC, in filing this application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the earlier order dated 03.04.2019 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.254 of 2018 as well as the materials on record as placed, finding no such change in the circumstances; this court is not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. It is however observed that the trial court would do well to take all such effective steps as provided in law for conclusion of the trial as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
