Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the record, it is found that the Petitioner had lastly moved the learned Court in seisin of the case for his release on bail on 13.06.2019. For such long lapse of time, this BLAPL stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer for his release on bail before the learned Court in seisin of the case by citing all the developments which have taken place in the meantime.
As the restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020.
