Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting bail as per the order dated 23.03.2021, the petitioner was directed to furnish cash security of Rs.13,200/- (thirteen thousand two hundred) as one of the conditions for release on bail but on account of the situation arising out of Covid19 pandemic, it is not possible on the part of the petitioner to deposit such an amount as cash security for which till today, he is languishing in judicial

custody and therefore, the said condition may be waived.
Learned counsel for the State has not serious objection.

Considering the submissions made by the
learned counsel for the respective parties and the
averments made in the interim application, the
condition of furnishing the cash security amount of
Rs.13,200/- (rupees thirteen thousand two hundred)
as per order dated 23.03.2021 waived. The rest part
of the order dated 23.03.2021 shall remain
unaltered.
The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
