BLAPL NO.10699 OF 2019
This is the second journey of the Petitioner who is in custody connection with Kamakhyanagar P.S. Case No.79 of 2010 corresponding to C.T.(SS) Case No.37 of 2017 arising out of G.R. Case No.173(B) of 2010 on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Kamakhyanagar for alleged commission of offence under section 498-A/304/302/34 of the IPC read with section-4 of the D.P. Act, in filing this application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the earlier orders dated 26.08.2019 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.63 of 2019 as well as the materials on record as placed, finding no such change in the circumstances; while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner, it directed that the trial court would do well to take all such effective steps as provided in law for conclusion of the trial as expeditiously as possible.
The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
