Learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this writ application as the dispute in the meantime has been amicably resolved outside the Court as per the Principles of Understanding arrived at between the parties as at Annexure-1.

In view of the above, the Interim Application as well as the Writ application stand disposed of as withdrawn.
