Considering the submission, the Petitioners’ apprehension that they are going to be arrested in a nonbailable offence registered at the instance of one Sonali Nayak is unfounded.
Hence, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
The Petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court when there is real and substantial apprehension of arrest and in that event, the aforesaid dismissal of the bail application of the Petitioners shall not be viewed adversely in any manner.
