ABLAPL NO.3466 OF 2019
The matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the State that Final Form has been submitted as a ‘Mistake of Fact’ on 31.10.2019; learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to approach the Court in case cause of action so arises in future.
Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
Interim order passed on 03.04.2019 does no more survive.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No. 4587 dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
