The petitioner earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.19633 of 2019, which was dismissed on 22.1.2020 on merit.
It appears that the petitioner dissatisfied with the aforesaid order dated 22.1.2020 has again filed this prearrest bail application. When this matter was called, no one appears for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
