Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Rizvi, learned Additional Standing Counsel Vigilance.
Considering the submission and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No.22 of 2020 corresponding to V.G.R. Case No. 17of 2020 pending in the court of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Cuttack, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further condition that he will appear on 15th March, 2021 before the Investigating Officer in between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and on such other date as would be so directed in conclusion of the investigation.
Violation of any of the above condition (s) shall entail cancellation of bail.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
