Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners in Bhuban P.S. Case No.374 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.350 of 2020 pending in the court of the learned J.M.F.C., Bhuban, they shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further conditions that they shall cooperate with the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules.
