Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with C.T. (Spl.) NDPS Case No.200 of 2019 arising out of Boudh P.S. Case No.67 of 2019 pending in the court of Judge, Special Court, Boudh registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(c) of the N.D.P.S Act has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.
It appears that the petitioner had earlier approached this in ABLAPL No.9586 of 2019, which was disposed of on 11.7.2019. Again he has approached this Court for pre-arrest bail in this petition.
When this Court pointed out the same, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this ABLAPL. Accordingly, ABLAPL stands dismissed as withdrawn.
