In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that on completion of the investigation of the case, final report has been submitted as insufficient evidence; learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this application seeking liberty to the petitioners to file the same afresh in case any cause of action so arises in future.
