Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners having been implicated in connection with Baripada Town P.S. Case No.162 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.634 of 2019 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Baripada for alleged commission of offence under sections 376(2)(n)/294/506/34 of the IPC, have filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail in the event of their arrest in the said case.
Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as also further keeping in view the role said to have been played by the petitioners; I don’t find it to be a fit case for entertaining this application for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
