In the meantime, it is open to the petitioner no.2 Chairperson, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata to consider the representation of the opposite party dated 01.07.2020 under Annexure-B, series to the I.A. No.7718 of 2020 and take a decision on the said representation of the opposite party keeping in mind the subsequent developments.
As Lock-down period is continuing for COVID-19, learned counsel for the petitioners may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
