This matter is taken up through Video conferencing. Heard Mr. B.N. Parida, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. D. Mohapatra, learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department.
Considering the submissions made by the parties and finding that on the selfsame issue a representation at the instance of the petitioner vide Annexure-1 is pending before the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, School & Mass Education Department-O.P.1, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the O.P.1 to consider the representation at the instance of the petitioner vide Annexure-1, if the same is still pending and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto.
The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the petitioner.
Petitioner may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s website or print out thereof at par with certified copy in the manner prescribed, vide Court’s Notification No.4587 dated 25.3.2020.
