Considering the submissions made and on going through the notice issued by the opposite party no.2Tahasildar, Kandhamal in Encroachment Case No. 16 of 2017 under Annexure -3; this writ application stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the application dated 19.12.2019 stated to have been filed by him before the opposite party no.2 for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law.
Granting the liberty as aforesaid, this writ application stands disposed of.
