11 05.02.2020 Heard Sri Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ray, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties.
Taking into consideration the development through Annexure-12, this Court finds for the settlement of the dispute through Bijuli Adalat, the writ petition is disposed of simply authorizing the appropriate authority to approve the settlement through the Bijuli Adalat. As the final outcome involving the dispute involved herein is dependant on the approval of the authority, this Court directs the appropriate authority to take a decision on the approval of the settlement through Bijuli Adalat. This court observes for the loss of time in the meantime, this Court expects appropriate authority shall take a reasonable decision in approving the settlement through the Bijuli Adalat.
Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
