Heard Sri S.K.Das, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.S.Rath, learned counsel for O.P.3, Sri R.C.Sahoo, learned counsel for O.P.4 and Sri S.R.Pati, learned counsel appearing for O.Ps.5 & 6.
Learned counsel for the parties conjointly submit that the relief for sought by the petitioner has already been met with by not only taking away the suspension order involved herein but also by closing the disciplinary proceeding so involved. There is also disclosure of the same in the counter being filed by O.P.4.
In this view of the matter, nothing survives to be decided resulting taking away the disciplinary proceeding involving the petitioner by the employer.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. Petitioner has the responsibility to serve copy of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition so also the copy of the judgments cited supra on the opposite party nos.3 & 4 within a period of ten days, as undertaken.
